  • When Can I Move In?

    Once you get confirmed by one of our storage specialists you can move in anytime during our operating hours (24/7).

  • What's the Move-Out Process?

    If you no longer need your storage unit you can simply call or email us to cancel immediately. All of our agreements are month-to-month so you will still be required to pay through the end of your current lease. Our team will contact you to coordinate the move-out procedure once you submit a request.

  • How do I submit a payment?

    Once you get approved you’ll receive a payment link via email to set up your monthly payment which will be automatically deducted from your credit or debit card.

  • Do you Require Renters to Carry Insurance?

    Yes we require all renters to carry tenant insurance and to provide a copy of the insurance within 30 days of rental. You can email your proof of insurance to lockandboxstorage@gmail.com. If you need help finding insurance just let us know and we’re happy to help.

  • What Type of Documenation do I Need to Rent?

    All you need is a government-issued photo ID which includes (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).

  • What are the Facility Hours of Operation?

    Our state-of-the-art secure facility is available for access 24/7. We have a motorized gate which upon renting you will receive a personalized code to open.
